Overview of the 2nd Ha Thanh Group Trade Union Congress, term 2023-2028
Attending the Congress were Mr. Tran Thu Hang - HUV - Chairman of Dong Anh District Confederation. On the side of Ha Thanh Group, there were Mr. Nguyen Duc Ha - Secretary of the Party cell, Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of Ha Thanh Group; Mr. Trinh Van Minh – Deputy General Director of Ha Thanh Group; Mr. Duong Xuan Lap - Deputy General Director of Ha Thanh Group; and 30 typical officials and union members of Ha Thanh attended the Congress.
For the 2017-2023 term, Ha Thanh Group's Trade Union has well performed its function of representing and protecting legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of employees. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union has coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Company to well implement the legal regimes and policies for employees, build the salary scale, build new, amend and supplement regulations, provisions of the company. The team of trade union officials have matured step by step to meet the requirements of new tasks.
